Hard Luck produces skateboard bearings that can compete with the best on the market. Hard Luck was founded by skate legend Jason Jessee. The seed for the brand was sown when his friend and fellow skate legend Mark Gonzales drew a skull with a pen and a spanner underneath it on an envelope and told Jason to build a company around this logo. Hard Luck started out with wheels and clothing (initially only available in Japan) but has since focused on manufacturing high performance skateboard bearings. Hard Luck introduced its bearing line in 2014 and is now available worldwide.
