When purchasing products, you have the option of cancelling the purchase agreement within 30 days without giving reasons. In the case of the sale of goods, this cooling-off period shall commence on the day following receipt of the product by you or by a representative designated by you and made known to us in advance. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by filling in the service form enclosed with your order or to make a statement (by e-mail or in writing) and return the products. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it shall be sufficient for the withdrawal declaration or the products to have been sent in due time.
Revert 95 complies with the applicable laws and regulations concerning the right of withdrawal. This also includes the costs for returning a product. If you return or exchange your product, the shipping costs are for your own account. If you have to return a product because of warranty regulations and/or the product was delivered incorrectly, the shipping costs will be reimbursed by Revert 95.

Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
-have been produced according to the buyer's specifications (e.g. gripped skateboards)
-clearly personal in nature
-cannot be returned due to their nature
- liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal for audio and video recordings (DVDs and CDs) of which the buyer has broken the seal, and for magazines.
Please do not return products that have been worn, used or damaged, or products whose original packaging has been damaged. Information tags and/or labels must be attached to the product as delivered. For reasons of hygiene, we request that you do not return bikinis and underwear without protection, or products that smell of, for example, smoke, deep-frying fat or pets.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the products yourself. Please return the products in their original shipping packaging or similar sturdy packaging and not in a sealed product packaging! To save on shipping costs you can also return your order to our shop at Kleine Houtstraat 30 in Haarlem (Netherlands).
In the event of a right of withdrawal being exercised, all sums paid (purchase price and, if applicable, delivery costs) will be refunded by us within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation declaration or return by the method of payment you used.
Do you want to exchange your product for another one? Please send an e-mail to email@example.com stating that your order is being returned and what product you want in return. Please state your order number. While waiting for the return package, we will make the replacement product available to you. You must pay the shipping costs for returning the product yourself. The shipping costs for sending the exchange product are for our account. Only after we have received your return will we send you the replacement product.

Did you accidentally not receive the item you ordered? If you have received something other than what you ordered or if it is a manufacturing defect, the additional shipping costs are part of our service and we will refund them. Enter your account number Please let us know, and we will arrange for the return of your order within two weeks. The cost of sending the correct item will then, of course, also be borne by us.
We are always on the lookout for fresh, new brands and do our utmost to select them on the basis of high quality. However, it may happen that a product has a small production error or does not meet the quality requirements despite our careful checks. Is the product you received not of the required quality, broken or incomplete? Sending a picture of the problem via e-mail will help us assess the problem better. Once the product has been returned, we will assess it and take further action. Most brands we sell have good warranty conditions. We will inform you further. The warranty conditions are the same as the ones you are used to from us in the shop.
