Ordering & Payment
When you see a product you would like to order, you can add your size to your shopping basket from the overview page or the product detail page. You can then continue shopping or proceed to the checkout process. Fill in all the required fields, pay, and your goods will be sent to you.
All prices on our website are in Euro(€), including VAT and excluding shipping costs. If you order for € 69 or more, the shipping costs are not included (this applies to the Netherlands).
You can choose from several easy and safe payment methods. If you live in the Netherlands, you can pay directly with Ideal (through your bank), credit card or Paypal. Post-payment is possible with Klarna.
If you order from abroad, you can choose from the following payment methods: Ideal, Paypal, Sofort Überweisung, Giropay, CBC Online, KBC Online, ING Homepay, Mister Cash, Klarna and credit card.
We accept the following credit cards: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and JCB.
After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email from your bank/payment provider and an order confirmation from Revert 95.
Your order is final as soon as you have paid. When the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from your bank/payment provider and a confirmation e-mail from us.
Once your order has been finalised, it will be processed immediately. If you want to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (calling us is the quickest). Once your order has left our warehouse, we cannot make any changes to it. Once you have received your order, it is possible to exchange or return products.
DELIVERY - PICK UP
The standard shipping costs for the Netherlands are € 6.95. Orders from €69 will be shipped for free.
Yes, this is possible. This saves shipping costs and is of course extra nice. It works exactly the same as a normal order, you just have to check 'pick up at Revert 95 in the shop' in the checkout process. You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as the package is on its way to the shop. You can pick up your order the next day during the regular opening hours of Revert 95. If you can't make it, please let us know and we will put your order aside. We will do this for a maximum of 30 days, after that your right to this purchase and your money back expires.
Orders placed and paid on working days before 17.00 hours will be shipped the same day and delivered the next day by PostNL. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. If for any reason we are unable to honour our 'ordered on working days before 17:00, delivered the following day' promise, we will contact you immediately.
International orders received before 5pm on business days will be shipped the same day as domestic orders.
Please note: changed delivery times around the holidays!
All orders are packed by us in protective packaging and sent via PostNL. PostNL aims to deliver Dutch orders within 24 hours.
Yes, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from PostNL containing a Track & Trace code. With this code you can keep an eye on the status of your package at all times. Didn't receive a code? Please check your junk mail before contacting us.
Yes, making someone happy has never been so easy. Click on "like to pack" in the check out and we will take care of the rest. We will take the prizes off the product, pack it up and deliver it to your friend/lover/family member. Just make sure you enter the correct address, that of the recipient.
EXCHANGE - RETURN
Yes, you can exchange your product(s) for another one up to 30 days after receiving your package. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating that your order is being returned and telling us which product you want in exchange. Please state your order number. In anticipation of the return package, we will make the replacement product available for you. As soon as we have received your return package, we will send you the replacement product. You will have to pay for the return shipping and we will pay for the postage of the exchange product.
Certainly. Up to 30 days after receipt of your product(s) you can return your order without giving a reason. Please contact us within the cooling-off period (e.g. by filling in the online return form or by making a declaration yourself) and send your products back to us in unused and undamaged condition. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by you.
Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
-have been created according to the buyer's specifications (e.g. gripped skateboards)
-are clearly personal in nature
-cannot be returned due to their nature
-can deteriorate or expire quickly
Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal for audio and video recordings (DVDs and CDs) of which the seal has been broken, and magazines.

All relevant amounts (purchase amount and possible delivery costs) will be transferred by us within 14 days after receipt of your package or return form/statement via the payment method you used.
SERVICE - WARRANTY - CONTACT
It may happen that, despite our careful packing procedure, you receive a different product than you ordered. In that case we will of course solve this for you. Please contact our customer service via email@example.com or phone number +31 (0)23 5327763 and send the product back. The correct product will be sent to you as soon as possible. The shipping costs for returning and sending the correct product are covered by our service in this case.
It can sometimes happen that a product has a small production error or does not meet the quality requirements despite careful inspection. Is the product you received not of the required quality, broken or incomplete? Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone number +31 (0)23 5327763, and we will do our best to find a good solution as quickly as possible. If you send us a picture of the problem via e-mail, it will help us to assess the problem better. If you are entitled to warranty, the shipping costs for returning the product are covered by our service. As soon as we receive the product, we will assess it further and take action. Most brands we sell have good warranty conditions. We will keep you as well informed as possible.
It is also possible that a product, despite being carefully packed, is damaged during delivery. In that case, please contact us via email@example.com or telephone number +31 (0)23 5327763, and we will solve this for you. In this case, the shipping costs for the return shipment and the delivery of the replacement product are covered by our service.

And on Saturday from 10:00 - 18:00 and Sunday from 12:00 - 17:00.
Yes, we deliver all products on the site directly from our own shop stock. Unless it is clearly stated that it is an item to be delivered. For example, in the case of a special item that you can order in advance.
If a product is sold out, in most cases it will not be back. It is therefore advisable not to wait too long with your order. Did you miss out and do you want to know if a product can still be ordered? Please contact our customer service.
