Diamond Supply Co. has grown from a small skateboard hardware company into one of the most influential streetwear brands of the moment. Nick Tershay, better known as Nicky Diamond, always had the dream of starting his own company, but never had the money to produce skateboards or clothing. When he thought about what could be changed on a skateboard, he got the idea for a new kind of hardware. It took a few years to develop, but by 1998, his nuts and bolts were exactly the way Nick wanted them, and Diamond Supply Co. was a reality. Besides hardware, Diamond Supply initially released a few logo tees, which became popular outside the skateboard world because of the name and the recognizable diamond logo. The big breakthrough came in 2005 when Diamond released a trainer in collaboration with Nike SB. This Nike SB "Tiffany" Dunk became one of the most sought after Nike SB shoes once, and that's how Diamond became known in the trainer and streetwear scene. Now 15 years into the business, Diamond has a complete line of clothing, caps, shoes and skateboard accessories. All the designs of the brand carry the idea of 'Diamond Life', which means that you should do with your life what you want. The brand releases everything in limited editions, making each item as rare as a diamond. Diamond Supply is only available at the better skateshops.
