In samenwerking met David Lynch heeft Habitat een nieuwe lijn uitgebracht van decks en kleding gebaseerd op een echte cult classic uit de 90s, Twin Peaks. De lijn is voorzien van graphics met de characters Dale Cooper, Audrey Horne en Laura Cooper. De 1e drop van deze collectie was eind mei.
Twin Peaks is a 1990 drama and mystery series set in a village (Twin Peaks) on the Canadian border in Washington State. The series has a surreal and often dark atmosphere, and brought American television to a whole new level. The dreamy crime drama with unusual characters, tells the story of FBI agent Dale Cooper who tries to solve the murder of Laura Cooper. Twin Peaks quickly generated enormous hype and everyone followed it closely.
Habitat Skateboards was founded in 1999 and has since grown into one of the largest manufacturers of skateboards with the most unique deck designs. Habitat hopes their designs will become as cult as Twin Peaks itself. The complete deck series and shirts bring a distinctly dark and rainy 90s stylo, with the unique graphic prints, and puts it in a pop-art kind of way.
