HUF has grown from a small boutique in San Francisco into one of the top clothing brands for skateboarders and lovers of skate-inspired streetwear. HUF founder Keith Hufnagel grew up skateboarding on the streets of New York City. In 1992, he moved to San Francisco to pursue his dream of becoming a professional skater. Shortly after, Keith turned pro, which gave him the unique opportunity to travel the world with his skateboard. Apart from his experience in skateboarding, Keith has always looked around him. The cultural inspiration he gained during his travels was mixed with influences from skating, music and popular culture. With this vision, Keith opened the first HUF shop in San Francisco in 2002.
