Research by Consumentenbond:

"Web shops break the law en masse", the Consumer Association 's website headlined this week following an investigation into the refunding of returned orders. But this is no reason to worry, because your favourite online skate and snowboard shop passed this test with flying colours!

The consumer organisation investigated to what extent web shops comply with the legal rules on refunding returned products. To find out, the Consumers' Association ordered three different products from 200 different online shops, which were then returned within the statutory period of 14 days. According to the law, the purchase price must then be paid within two weeks, including any delivery costs paid if the order is returned in full. More than half of the webshops failed on several counts, but Revert 95 refunded the relevant amounts for all three orders within two weeks. So from now on, you can shop with even more confidence at Revert 95!
