It all started in 1889 with just two sewing machines. This is when Hamilton Carhartt & Company started, now known worldwide as Carhartt.
In the days of steel, steam and locomotives, Carhartt made overalls for railway workers under the motto of 'Fair quality at a fair price'. The brand only really became known in the 90's, when Carhartt Work in Progress (WIP) was launched and embraced by the street and hip-hop culture.
A lot of that collection can still be found at Revert 95. In fact, Revert has been selling the Carhartt collection for 20 years now and even developed a collab tee. We are definitely fans of it!
Carhartt has been around for a while now, and that is reflected in the high quality of their products. In their new collection, you can find some cool items as well. Carhartt brings back the 'workwear' style by adding a hammer loop and tool pockets to a number of their trousers, like the Carhartt Ruck Single Knee Pant. They are practical, comfortable and can take a beating, which makes them perfect for skating as well.
