Herschel Supply Co. bags, backpacks and accessories combine retro style with modern functionality. The story of bag specialist Herschel Supply starts early in the last century in Wick, Scotland. Peter Cormack and his wife Annie decide to emigrate from Scotland to Canada. There, Peter and Annie end up on a farm in the hills near Herschel, a village that today has only thirty inhabitants. In 2009, just over a century after Peter and Annie moved to Herschel, their great-grandchildren, Jamie and Lyndon Cormack, started making backpacks and bags. As a tribute to the place where three generations of their family were born and raised, they name their bag brand Herschel Supply Co. Brothers Jamie and Lyndon draw inspiration from hiking and mountaineering, the activities they grew up with, as well as the vibrant life in Vancouver, where they now live. Their goal is to provide the everyday traveller with the perfect bags and accessories.
