Hockey Skateboards is a new brand at Revert 95. This indie skateboard brand is a side-project of Fucking Awesome and founded by Jason Dill and Anthony van Engelen. Hockey Skateboards brings clothing and skateboards on the market with contemporary and original prints. It's a striking brand with a raw edge.
As a small indie skate brand with cool designs, the little sister of Fucking Awesome has become a big sister. Hockey comes up with simple but original, contemporary designs and graphics on decks and clothing.
Hockey Skateboards comes up with designs with an 80's atmosphere. For example, they have a deck with an image of Jason Vorhees from Friday the 13th, or children's pictures of their team riders. The illustrations on the decks and T-shirt have a kind of cartoon/comic style that you saw often enough back in the days with the same kind of colour palette. There is a kind of old-school vibe to it, how skating used to be without attaching any hype to it.
