De shapes zijn daarom breder/korter of anders dan gewone skateboards and have larger wheels, so you can move around quickly and comfortably. Cruisers decks are more like oldschool skateboards. Cruisers are very popular among oldschool skaters who want to pick up skating again after a few years, but don't want to do all kinds of technical tricks. Cruisers are also often chosen by filmmakers, because this type of board makes it easier for them to follow the skater they want to film in a stable and comfortable way.
